Confidentiality

As a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada Michael M. Sax, Barrister & Solicitor and his Sax Law Office is required to maintain confidentiality on all client matters. Sax Law Office does not disclose the names of clients past or present or whether the firm has been retained by a particular client unless the nature of the matter requires such disclosure. It is for this reason we do not enumerate our clients as references. We will not use any confidential information covered by this ethical rule for our own benefit or that of a third person to the disadvantage of any client. If our clients wish us to disclose information the client will in most cases execute a direction. Exceptions are covered by Rule 4 of the Professional Code of Conduct.

We provide a "Contact Us" link in this site. This is not intended to be used to give legal opinions to questions asked. It is intended to give you further information about Michael M.
